Special Design for 1/12th Scale Top Racing
Reliable hardware combined with great software (contains 5 common ready-to-use profiles) creates an ideal power solution to1/12th scale top touring car racing.

Small Size & Light Weight
Height of 15.9mm (6mm shorter than the previous V3.1 1S ESC) saves space and makes the installation convenient; weight of 35.6g (12g lighter than the previous V3.1 1S ESC) provides more weight margin whenadjusting the balance of the chassis.

Super BEC
Internal BEC features booster circuitry can output the current/voltage of up to 6A/6V and power various servos without connecting any extra receiver battery.

Built-in Electronic Switch & Capacitor Module
Built-in electronic switch (with a lifespan of over 50000 on/off cycles, housed in a completely waterproof, dust-proof and shock-resistant design)and capacitor module save space and make the wiring simple and neat.

Programming/Upgrading/Data
Reading Wirelessly
With Hobbywing’s “WiFi Express” module and iPhone or an Android phone (with the HOBBYWING WiFi Link software installed), the user can remotely program parameters, upgrade firmware and check relevant data of the ESC without leaving the control stand.

Adjustable Throttle & Brake PWM Frequencies
Independent and adjustable throttle & brake PWM frequencies guarantee precise and accurate throttle and brake control for all classes of competitions (esp. the Stock class).

Separate Programming/Fan Port
The separate PRG/FAN port on the ESC can power an external fan to maximize cooling performance or connect the ESC to a LCD program box or WiFi module for ESC programming.

Running Mode

Option 1: Forward with Brake
Racing mode. It has only forward and brake functions.
Option 2: Forward/ Reverse with Brake
This option is known to be the “training” mode with “Forward/ Reverse with Brake” functions. Hobbywing has adopted the “DOUBLE-CLICK” method, that is your vehicle only brakes on
the 1st time you push the throttle trigger forward (brake) (1st push). The motor stops when you quickly release the throttle trigger and then re-push the trigger quickly (2nd push), only
then the vehicle will reverse. The reverse function will not work if your car does not come to a complete stop. The vehicle only reverses after the motor stops. This method is for preventing
vehicle from being accidentally reversed.
Option 3: Forward and Reverse
This mode is often used by special vehicles (rock crawler). It adopts the “SINGLE-CLICK” method. The vehicle will reverse immediately when you push the throttle trigger forward (brake).
1B. Max. Reverse Force
The reverse force of the value will determine its speed. For the safety of your vehicle, we recommend using a low amount.

Innovative Data-logging Function
This ESC features the data-logging function which can record the maximum ESC/motor temperature, RPM and etc. in real time and allows users to check those data via a LCD program box or WiFi module after each use.
