This is the Yokomo BD7 1/10 Scale Competition Electric Touring Car Kit. The BD7 is the result of years of testing, research and experience from Yokomo engineers and team drivers from all around the world. From carpet competition to asphalt, the result of the BD7 is stunning performance on nearly any surface, under nearly any condition. During the 2012 IFMAR World Championship in Heemstede, Yokomo demonstrated to the world the top level of performance the BD7 delivers with three machines in the final. The BD7 features an updated motor position with it being moved 9.5mm closer towards the centre line of the chassis. All the components have been engineered to be symmetrical, so the majority of the weight stays in the centre for an optimal weight balance. Also, the steering servo now rests on a floating mount for optimal flex. All these advancement lead to a touring car with increased steering precision and excellent cornering speed.

Starting in Japan, data has been compiled from testing on circuits worldwide, and condensed into an all new machine that will provide the performance that world-class drivers demand. Optimum weight balance has been achieved by moving the motor further inward, and the integral chassis components are symmetrically designed to provide precise response to steering input, and provide exhilarating cornering. Three BD7 cars made the A-final at the 2012 IFMAR World Championships, showcasing the top level performance of this all new machine, and to add even more allure, the new BD7 is priced more competitively than ever before.
