Our average dispatch times are approximately 2 - 5 days from placing your order.
UK Delivery Times - Items Out Of Stock & Special order Items
If you order an item that is "Out Of Stock" or available on a "Special Order", we will email you shortly after receiving your order (within a maximum of 2 days) and inform you of the expected delivery date of your order. If the expected delivery date is not suitable for you - you can cancel your order.
Delivery times for "Out Of Stock" or items on a "Special Order" are normally recieved by our customers within 3 weeks.
Please understand that their are a large number of RC items we sell and it is impossable for all items to be kept in stock.
International Dispatch Times - Items In Stock
Europe and the United States are approximately between 4 - 10 days.
Shipping rates
Calculated according to the weight, value and destination of your order.

Returns
Merchandise can be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt. The merchandise must be returned new, unused, and in a sellable condition with all of the original packaging.
Returns for refund
If you are not happy with the goods you have been supplied, or they do not meet your requirements you can returns the goods within 14 days of receipt for a full refund excluding postage. We advise customers to send parcels recorded delivery.
Returns for exchange
If you are not happy with the goods you have received (i.e. wrong size or colour) and would like to exchange the items you can return the goods within 14 days of receipt. There is a £3.00 postage charge for exchanges.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive damaged goods we advise customers to call our main number on 01252 343132. When returning the item please include a cover note. Returns must be received within 14 days of receipt.
If you have an item that is or appears faulty please call us for advice on 01252 343132 and we will try and resolve the problem. Faulty goods must be returned within a 28 day period with a cover note explaining the problem.
We advise all customers to send parcels recorded delivery when returning items to us.
