After placing an order with us you will automatically receive a confirmation email and ongoing order updates until your items have been dispatched.
If you do not receive any emails then please check your junk or spam folder. If all else fails you can login to your account directly on our site and check your order status. You can also check on all your previous orders.
I was told to get this part. It is not on your site!
Sometimes we take products off of our site as we know it will be out of stock for a while or we have discovered it is not a good product. We welcome good and feedback of exceptional products. We only try to sell good quality products. We are racers ourselves and if something is generally not good for us then it is not good for you. We run Demon Products as a business but also because we have a passion and we enjoy racing. Where is the fun in running something you do not enjoy.
Can I use my normal Nicad / NiMh charger with my 7.4V LiPo Battery?
Definatley NOT. You WILL need a specific LiPo charger that does NOT charge above 8.5 - 8.6v absolute maximum. 8.4v is the normal cut off range. Any higher voltage may cause the pack to expand and damage it.
I am after a specific part for my Car. Can you help?
Yes but do your investigations first for the correct part number. Parts are no longer ordered without some payment first. Parts are normally obtained within the week, unless out of stock at the distributor.
The money has not come out of my account yet!
No money is taken from your account until just before the goods are dispatched. The price will be adjusted down if an item is out of stock. Also consolidated orders may save on the postage charges.
What kind of warranty is supplied with LiPo batteries?
LiPO have a limited warranty regarding competition use. As they can be damaged if run flat, overheated, charged incorrectly or left for long periods fully charged or with little charge in them. Some distortion of the LiPo over time is not a failure and the performance will not be compromised. Returns will not be gauranteed past 3 month purchase date.
What kind of warranty is supplied with ESC's and Motors?
This equipment has limited warranty due to the competition use. Because a number of racers push this equipment to the limit, it is generally down to overheating or reversing of wires that causes a fault. However in the event of a failure please call or email Demon Products.

Transmitter setup tips for steering.
Try changing your steering settings on your transmitter if you feel your car is twitchy or too responsive on steering. The difference can be amazing if you have never tried any of the below. Usually a combination works well.
Steering curve (EXP): Try a setting of -15 to -40
Steering speed: Try a steering speed of 70% rather than the default of 100% of the potential speed of the servo. Modern servos are extremely fast!
Personally I use -30 EXP and steering speed of 70%.
I have just purchased an item from your site but it now shows out of stock on that product?
You cannot purchase any items from our store that are out of stock. If the item showed "In-Stock" when you added it to your "Shopping Cart"(which would have been the only way) then it will be shipped. Our stock levels change automatically when customers purchase an item. This way you and our staff know what we have in stock at all times.
What do the different colour compounds refer to for Schumacher offroad tyres?
Schumacher Tyres are available in the following compounds;
Blue - The hardest available, a general purpose, hard wearing compound.
Green - Slightly softer than Blue, generally used as a good all rounder from wet through to dry conditions.
Yellow - Softer. The racers choice! The benchmark tyre compound for all others to try and beat. Used in dry conditions.
Silver - The ultimate dirt/dust tyre. Very soft.
Soft - The CAT original. Winner of the Worlds!!
B30 - High grip tarmac compound.
Which bodyshell should I buy?
Below is a guide from the PROTOform website. These are based on the PROTOform manufacturer’s specific designs. Other makes may give similar characteristics for that type of bodyshell. Based on 190mm bodyshells which are standard for 1/10th Electric touring cars.
